VE-type rotor pump with small size, high speed, light weight, uniform fuel supply, low noise and other characteristics of the diesel engine has been widely used, but it also exists because of high accuracy, easy plug piston stagnation and other shortcomings.
1 common fault phenomenon 1) no oil, the injector does not oil.
2) unstable speed, diesel jitter.
3) There is air in the pump.
4) a small amount of fuel.
2. Analysis of the reasons 1) injector does not fuel injection â‘  injection pressure is too low: generally adjust the rotor pump error or nozzle plugging.
â‘¡ supply pressure is too low: in most cases due to serious wear and tear of the plunger or pump failure, low-pressure oil wall plug, oil tank and other causes. High-pressure tubing over tightened to store a torque, when the diesel engine work, the temperature rise or vibration so that the torsion rebound, the valve loosening, but also can cause hydraulic pressure drop.
2) Unstable rotational speed â‘  In diesel engines with VE type rotor pump, the speed of spike is usually lower than that of spike. If abnormal phenomenon occurs, check whether the injector is invalid and then check whether the valve seat of one cylinder is loose.
