Qingdao Heavy Industry Successfully Developed a New Type of Mixer Electric Controlled Open Hydraulic System

Recently, Sinotruk Qingdao Heavy Industry Technology Center successfully developed a new 3~5m3 electric hydraulic control system for mixing trucks, which can effectively improve vehicle reliability and reduce fuel consumption.

This design changed the original hydraulic system design concept, and changed the imported axial piston pump and fixed displacement motor into double gear pump and cycloidal gear motor. The speed range was 2-18 rpm, torque was 5000Nm, and imported parts. The main parameters are the same, the manufacturing cost is reduced by 60% compared with the original closed hydraulic system, and the double gear pump and cycloid gear motor are used to lower the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, which can effectively improve the reliability of the entire vehicle, and can also reduce the engine Power, reduce fuel consumption.

It is reported that the system has been tested and verified in July with good results. At present, the system enters the 6m3 manual open hydraulic system R&D stage.
