Pressure relief valve cannot be decompressed or causes decompression failure

Pressure relief valve cannot be decompressed or causes decompression failure

The pressure relief valve is adjusted to reduce the inlet pressure to a desired outlet pressure and rely on the energy of the medium itself to keep the outlet pressure automatically stable. If the pressure reducing valve does not decompress or decompress and fail, then it may be because of one of the following reasons:

1. The main valve or valve seal surface is dirty;

2. The main valve or pay valve sealing surface is damaged;

3, the main, pay the flap spring fatigue or break;

4. The feedback channel 3 hole is blocked;

5. Diaphragm fatigue or damage;

6. Piston cylinder wear or corrosion;

7. The piston ring groove stuck with the piston ring;

8. The body cavity is full of condensate.
