Truck is the main model of China's auto exports

On the eve of the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, the reporter interviewed Fu Peizhao, deputy secretary-general of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, on China’s truck exports in recent years. He said that China’s truck exports have been gaining momentum in recent years, and heavy trucks have played an important role in all types of trucks exported.

Trucks are the main exporters

According to Fu Peizhao, commercial vehicles account for about 75% of China's exports, and commercial vehicles are mainly based on trucks. Take the year 2007 in which China's auto exports have been developing rapidly. In this year, the number of truck-loaded exports accounted for 40% of the total auto exports, and exports accounted for 31.5%. The special vehicles modified on the basis of the truck chassis, such as crane trucks, fire trucks and other models export a large amount. Trucks are the main models of China’s auto exports, and the number of exports directly affects the overall status of auto exports.

The export volume of trucks has been increasing year by year, and it is very obvious that China's automobile exports are pulling. Including two aspects: First, the number of exports, and the second is the pull of export value. For example, a heavy truck exports more than 10,000 US dollars. Due to the difference in the value of heavy trucks and light trucks, the export volume of heavy trucks has increased, leading to a significant increase in the export volume of automobiles. For many years, China National Heavy Duty Truck, Dongfeng, Jianghuai, etc. are key enterprises for the export of trucks in China.

Export scope continues to expand

Fu Peizhao said that with the increase in the export volume year by year, China's truck exports have shown multiple development trends. China's truck exports are mainly concentrated in North Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. After 2005, they gradually advanced to some Eastern European countries. In 2006, China’s truck exports to Asia remained the first, and Europe (mainly in Eastern Europe) had surpassed Africa as the second largest export volume. Statistics for 2007 show that trucks in China have been exported to more than 100 countries.

From 2005 to 2007, China's automobile exports to Russia increased significantly. In the second half of 2008, with the adjustment of domestic policies in Russia, the Chinese auto exports to Russia, including trucks, fell rapidly. In 2008, the areas with a large number of truck exports remained Asia and Africa, but the increase in exports to Latin America and Europe was very significant. At the same time, many trucks began to penetrate the high-developed markets of entry barriers, such as the export of light trucks to Italy and the United States.

Exports began to soar in 2004

In 2004, China introduced a series of measures to support auto exports. The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce also held a seminar on the expansion of auto and auto parts exports in Changchun to discuss how to further expand exports on the basis of the original. Since 2004, China’s auto exports have grown rapidly year after year. In the first half of 2008, the growth rate of auto exports has been very large. Until the second half of 2008, exports only fell due to the impact of the international financial crisis. In 2008, the year-on-year increase in export volume still reached 18.7%.

The numbers best illustrate the problem. Fu Peizhao said that in 2004, China exported a total of 51,000 trucks of various types. In 2005, the export figures were updated to 96,500 vehicles. Subsequently, China’s truck export volume soared from 156,600 in 2006 to 278,900 in 2007 to 257,900 in 2008. By the end of 2008, China’s truck exports accounted for 37% of the total automobile exports, and exports accounted for 33% of the total automobile exports. Trucks have been the leading position in auto export models for many years.
The export volume of trucks jumped from 147 million U.S. dollars in 2003 to 3.19 billion U.S. dollars in 2008, and the average export unit price also increased from 5,375 U.S. dollars in 2003 to 14,000 U.S. dollars in 2008. The continuous increase in the export value of trucks indicates that the export volume of heavy trucks has increased, and the level of China's truck exports has continued to increase. At present, the heavy truck export amount ranks first among all kinds of export vehicles.

Truck exports are picking up this year

Due to the rapid increase in China's auto exports in the past few years, early this year, due to the impact of the global financial crisis, auto exports showed negative growth year-on-year. Fu Peizhao believes that the chain data of truck exports this year are more practical. For example, truck exports have been significantly warmer in May than in April. The export value has increased by 6.9% from the previous month. In June, the export value increased by 10.7% compared with May. July and June were basically the same, and August and September continued to pick up.

At present, China's medium- and heavy-duty trucks are the most important truck-loading vehicle models. Export data for July this year showed that truck exports of more than 20 tons ranked first. China's trucks have good adaptability and are suitable for developing markets. The manufacturing level of trucks in China is getting higher and higher, and the behavior of enterprises to organize product exports has also become increasingly mature.

Welding Electrode

WELDING ELECTRODE:

The welding rod is composed of two parts: the welding core and the coating. The welding rod is to apply the coating (drug skin) evenly and centripetally on the welding core outside the metal welding core. Different types of welding rods have different welding cores. The welding core is the metal core of the welding rod. In order to ensure the quality and performance of the weld, there are strict regulations on the content of each metal element in the welding core, especially for the content of harmful impurities (such as sulfur, phosphorus, etc.). Limits, superior to base metal.
