Box structure

The damp heat test box adopts the imported temperature and humidity controller, and the box body is processed by CNC machine tools. The model is elegant and easy to operate.

The inner gallbladder adopts imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panels, and the outer gallbladder is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.

The replenishing tank is placed in the lower right part of the control box, and there is water shortage protection automatically. The large observation window with the illuminator keeps the inside of the box bright, and uses the heat-generating body-embedded tempered glass to clearly observe the conditions inside the box at any time.

The water system piping circuit system uses door opening to facilitate maintenance and overhaul. A high-temperature, high-strength sealing strip is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the test area.

The left side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 50 mm, which can be used for an external test power line or signal line. The bottom of the damp heat test chamber is made of high quality PU fixed movable wheels.
