The new ship is an extended version of the Coral Energy, a 15,400-cubic-meter LNG transshipment ship built by Meyer Werft in 2012. This is another shipbuilding of the ship owner Anthony Veder Group. It is reported that the new ship is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2017 and will be leased to Skangass for long-term operation, serving the Katteg Strait, the Skagerrak Strait and the Baltic Sea.
