6 Safety Technology Operating Procedures

6.1 Safety technical practices that must be observed when using cranes:

1) The single side of the crane must be marked with the maximum weight, span, working level and manufacturer's sign indicating the crane.

2) When the crane is working, except for maneuvering outside, the rest of the place is not allowed to stand.

3) When testing or repairing on a crane, the crane must be powered off.

4) When the crane is running without heavy objects, the hook is 2.5m away from the ground.

5) It is strictly forbidden for cranes to pass heavy objects from the head when carrying heavy loads.

6) When the crane is running with heavy objects, the lowest point of the weight is at least 0.5m away from the highest obstacle on the heavy-duty operation line.

7) It is strictly forbidden to transport or raise personnel with hooks.

8) It is forbidden to throw items from the crane by any means.

9) Tools, spare parts, fasteners, sundries, etc. must be stored in special boxes. It is forbidden to be scattered on the crane to avoid accidents of human body or equipment damage when the objects fall.

10) Lifting liquid metal, when hazardous liquids and important items, regardless of how much weight, lifting heavy objects must be slightly off the ground 150-200mm, after re-verify the reliability of the brake rises work properly.

11) prohibits flammable objects (such as coal, oil, etc.) storage is on the crane, crane fire prevention work. When the open-air crane is not working, it is necessary to try to fix the crane (hook the anchor on the ground, the inclined iron at the wheel, etc.) to prevent the crane from being blown away by the wind and cause an accident.

12) The crane must be regularly inspected for safety, including static and dynamic loads on the crane using the test load, and the results are stored in the equipment file.

6.2 Equipment Maintenance Safety Technical Rules

1) Only full-time electromechanical personnel can be used for the maintenance work of the crane.

2) When repairing, portable lighting with a voltage below 36 volts must be used.

3) When you need to work with electricity, be sure to wear rubber gloves, put on rubber boots and use the tools of insulated handles. There should be a special person to monitor the electrical switch. Once the danger is found, the power supply is cut off immediately. All places close to the conductive part must be used. The fence is enclosed.

4) The place where all metal parts of the motor, electrical equipment and electrical enclosure may be electrically conductive must be grounded.

6.3 The driver should do the following before driving:

1) Understand the power supply situation, the crane should not be started when the power supply voltage (voltage between the conductors of the cart) is less than 90% of the rated value.

2) Carry out the inspection of the crane with the main switch disconnected, check the connection and use of the main parts, and adjust the individual units. .

3) Check if there are any leftover tools or other items on the crane to avoid falling down during work and personal or damaged equipment accidents.

4) For cranes working in the open air, windproof measures should be taken properly when not in use.
