The project report is organized by the Shanghai Society of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering. From the study of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly ship industry theory, it collects foreign green manufacturing and green shipbuilding dynamics, and new IMO regulations and rules. The paper analyzes the status quo of domestic green shipbuilding and the related technologies of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly shipbuilding industry, and puts forward five conclusions and ten countermeasures to cultivate the green ship industry and provide decision-making basis for relevant government departments. The report analyzes the current situation of energy consumption, material consumption and emissions of China's shipbuilding industry. For the first time, it puts forward the connotation of green ship industry in China, and systematically proposes green shipbuilding mode, ship type development and green design, green manufacturing in line with IMO new norms and new rules.
