A total of 20 batches of rolling bearing products produced by 20 companies across the province were spot-checked. According to GB/T 307.3-2005 “General Technical Conditions for Rolling Bearingsâ€, GB/T 304.9-2008 “General Technical Rules for Joint Bearings†and other national standards and related product standards, the hardness, metallurgical structure and working surface of rolling bearing products Burn, internal diameter deviation and variation, outside diameter deviation and variation, radial clearance, actual width (high) deviation of bearing, component should rotate smoothly and smoothly without block, inner ring width deviation and variation, outer ring Twelve items such as width deviation and variation, residual magnetic strength, and vibration (acceleration) were examined.
Spot checks found that three batches of products from three companies did not meet the requirements of the relevant standards. Unqualified projects mainly involve deviations in diameters and variations (â–³dmp) and metallographic organization.

Shandong Bureau of Quality Supervision carried out the third quarter of rolling bearing product quality supervision and spot checks
In the third quarter of 2011, the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision organized the provincial supervision and random inspection of product quality of rolling bearings. The results showed that the product pass rate was 85%.
