Daily maintenance and maintenance of electronic scales

In order to keep electronic scales in a good state of technology, to ensure the accuracy of electronic weighing scales and the service life of equipment, we should regularly maintain and do routine maintenance work.

The maintenance of electronic scales is divided into three levels:

1. <br> <br> daily routine maintenance operations maintenance items:

1) Clean the surface of the electronic scale,

2) Use the self-test function of the scale to check the performance of the scale and whether the keys of the keyboard are normal. 3) Check whether the scale body is placed in the best level.

2. Level 1 maintenance (1) Clean the scale body dust,

(2) Check that the plug connector is in contact with the housing firmly,

(3) Check whether the whole work is normal (including buzzer, display tube, keyboard, reset zero).

3. Second-level maintenance (1) Debug the electronic scale according to the measurement standard.

(2) Clean the plugs and sockets of various components and printed circuit boards;

(3) Test all operating voltages of the whole machine and whether they are normal or not.

(4) Check whether the whole work condition is normal (including buzzer, display tube, keyboard, weighing, zero setting).
