According to the structure of the center hole of the pulley and the actual cooperation with the shaft, the plant decided to use a transition joint method to restore the fastening of the pulley and the shaft. The specific approach is:
1 Expand the center hole of the pulley to the damaged keyway. After rounding, the diameter of the center hole of the pulley is 220H7. Then in the original keyway position processing consistent with the original keyway (b = 50, t1 = 12). When the hole is reamed, the two ends of the pulley are flattened, and the inner end face of the car is 10mm.
2 Use a=16mm steel plate to roll the sleeve and weld the flange to make a transition sleeve with an outer diameter of 220m7 and an inner diameter of 199H7. Open a longitudinal opening on the sleeve that is slightly larger than the width of the flat key and use the end face method. After the orchids were divided into 6 equal intervals, 3 of their towels were cut (Figure 2).
4 Take the keyway on the eccentric shaft to the top. Place the thick flat keys in the keyways. Then put the transition shaft sleeve in the center hole of the pulley. The sleeve flange is located inside the pulley. Fit the center hole keyway. Then, the belt pulley and the transition shaft sleeve are press-fit together onto the eccentric shaft, and the joint bolt is fastened with a torque wrench (set torque of 700 N·m), and the shaft end shield is assembled, and the crusher resumes normal operation.
