China National Petroleum Corporation released the news that in mid-June, after 168 hours of initial stable operation, the petrochemical research institute independently developed catalytic cracking (FCC) flue gas SCR denitration catalyst PDN-102, in Qingyang Petrochemical Year 160 Tons of FCC flue gas denitration device on a successful drive. The success of this industrial test marks CNPC's complete set of FCC flue gas denitration technology with completely independent intellectual property rights. On-line monitoring showed that the flue gas volume was 180,000 cubic meters per hour and was treated with a denitrification device with nitrogen oxides reduced from 180 to 350 milligrams per cubic meter to 50 milligrams and ammonia slip less than 1.5 milliliters per liter. Catalyst bed lamination Reduce less than 300 Pa, the technical indicators have reached the leading domestic level. It is reported that a complete set of FCC flue gas denitration technology can be applied to other FCC devices in CNPC. The catalyst formulation and production process to adjust, but also can be applied to dry gas boiler, process furnace, ethylene cracking furnace and coal-fired boiler flue gas denitrification, with good environmental and economic benefits. Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is widely used in flue gas denitration because of its denitrification effect. The catalyst is the core of this technology. At present, there are nearly 40 sets of FCC units in China Petroleum. The SCR denitration catalyst is mainly purchased outside and the process package is subject to the usage fee. Therefore, it is urgent to develop FCC flue gas denitration catalyst with independent intellectual property rights of PetroChina.
