In the first three quarters, China's press trade deficit totaled 600 million U.S. dollars

According to statistics from China Customs, in September 2011, China imported 882 plastics processing equipment and exported 5,735 sets; the import amount was approximately US$ 167 million, and the export amount was US$ 140 million. The current month’s deficit was 26.31 million US dollars.

From the perspective of sub-categories, injection molding machines still rank first in China's plastics trading market. In September 2011, its imports and exports accounted for 40% and 56% of the total import and export volume, respectively, amounting to 79.6 million US dollars and 67.47 million US dollars. Other extruders, other vacuum molding or molding machines follow.

In the first three quarters, China accumulatively imported 11,186 plastic processing equipment and exported 38,392 sets of exports; the import and export amounts were 1.7 billion U.S. dollars and 1.1 billion U.S. dollars, respectively, and the accumulated trade deficit was approximately 600 million U.S. dollars.
