According to data provided by the Foshan Public Security Department, as of the first half of this year, the number of vehicles in Foshan was about 2.13 million, compared with about 110,000 in the end of last year. In terms of new cars, the number of new cars registered in the first half of this year was about 137,000, including 26,000 in Chancheng, 49,000 in Nanhai, 44,000 in Shunde, 11,000 in Sanshui and 6,324 in Gaoming.
