Strengthen the quality of purchased parts

In the first half of the year, the quality management department of Hande Axle Carbide Co., Ltd. will combine the typical problems of suppliers with PPM greater than 5,000 in last year's supply and the amount of after-sale recoveries exceeding 100,000 yuan to summarize and organize the supply. The company held an 8D special analysis meeting and tracked, implemented, and verified supplier supply quality based on its rectification and meeting agreed measures.

Strengthen inspection and audit of product process

In order to strengthen product process control and improve processing personnel's self-checking ability and quality control awareness, in the second half of last year, Hande Axle Co., Ltd. assigned inspectors to various production plants. This year, the quality management department will revise the system documents and make it clear. In the process control, each production plant will hold quality regular meetings on a regular basis, conduct monthly special inspections on non-conforming products, intensify process inspections and check on problems, and establish a second-level quality management system for production plants.

Carry out the second round of rectification of post-sale issues

From the beginning of January, Hande Axle carried out the second round of rectification of after-sales issues, and verified the improvement of the 51 items in the original sale. At the same time, all after-sales issues were counted and reordered to determine the year 09. After-sales improvement project, the amount of rewards for each project was clarified, and project managers were recruited within the scope of the company through public bidding. As of now, all projects have identified the relevant responsible person, and the after-sales failure for January and February returns. For the classification analysis, the responsible person of each project will re-confirm the failure mode of the after-sales failure and propose further improvements.

Strengthen the application of statistical techniques

In 2009, Hande Axle will use advanced statistical tools to apply after-sales failure statistics analysis to drive forms, horsepower, wheelbase, etc. to determine the matching of the bridge to different models. In key processes, the company will promote the use of advanced FTT statistical tools to reduce rework rates and reduce quality issues.

This year, Hande Axle will fully implement Six Sigma quality management. In the first quarter, the company will start the project and determine the specific implementation plan. After the project is launched, the company will use Six Sigma as the advanced management system to improve the quality of the physical product and the quality improvement, and the product quality will be upgraded to a new level.
