  Frequency Inverter Testing on Universal Tensile Testing Machine

   The first step: Visually check the operation status from the outside

  Step 2: Check the inverter regularly to observe whether the inverter is operating abnormally.

   Specific steps are as follows:

1 , first look at the temperature, the ambient temperature is normal, the required range of -10 °C to +40 degrees Celsius, to about 25 °C as well;

　 2. Whether the inverter work has fault alarm display;

　　 3 , the text displayed on the display panel is clear, whether it will be blurred;

　　 4 , temperature measuring instrument detection frequency converter overheated, smelly;

　　 5 , whether the converter fan is normal, with or without exception, the heat pipe is smooth;

　　 6. The output current, voltage, frequency and other data of the frequency converter displayed on the display panel are normal;

　　 7. Check that the AC input voltage of the inverter is greater than the maximum value. If the main circuit and input voltage exceed the limit, or the inverter is not running, it may also damage the inverter circuit board.
