The first “remanufactured†transmission from Fast Group was successfully offline at the Baoji Plant and passed the online factory inspection. Fast is one of the first batch of 14 auto parts remanufacturing pilot companies established in the country and the leading unit for the development of transmission remanufacturing standards. The remanufacturing industry has become an important way to adjust the structure, transfer mode, and the upper level of the FAST and take the development of the circular economy.
In order to ensure the effective implementation and rapid advancement of remanufacturing projects, the engineering and technical personnel of Fast Company do their own exploration, overcome difficulties, test repeatedly, and formulate demolition scientifically according to the product structure without the relevant domestic technical support and practical verification. Solve and repair the process, and constantly improve and refine the remanufacturing production process, and timely overcome many production problems in the remanufacturing process. At present, the dismantling and assembly production line for remanufactured transmission products has been basically completed in the Baoji factory area, and the initial inspection and classification of used parts and components of more than 1,000 bins has been carried out.
