EU Tire Label Law will push China, Japan and South Korea to focus on green tire industry

Munich University of Science and Technology recently released a research report, pointing out that in recent years, the demand for energy-saving cars has grown dramatically, making people's concerns about the development of energy-saving tires increasingly strong. Due to the increase in automobile production standards and energy-saving requirements in the future, high-quality rubber producers will have great growth potential in the Asian market.

EU Tire Labeling Law launched soon

Due to concerns that the growth of carbon dioxide emissions will increase global warming, countries around the world have taken actions to reduce vehicle energy consumption. In the EU carbon dioxide emissions, cars account for about 12%. The size of the tire's rolling resistance has an important impact on the level of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.

Unlike traditional tires, green tires can effectively reduce rolling resistance, which can reduce car energy consumption by 5%-7%, while trucks can reduce 9%. Therefore, the European Union introduced the European Tire Labeling Act and developed a set of technical standards on rolling resistance, wet road adhesion and noise, which in turn promotes the promotion of green tires.

The EU Tire Label Law will take effect in November 2012, and Asian countries have also considered launching the New Deal. Major tire-producing countries such as Japan, South Korea and China therefore maintain a high degree of concern in major Asian markets.

Japan

From the data point of view, Japan has indeed made great efforts in controlling the energy consumption of automobiles, and the results have been quite good. The road sector accounted for 15.05% of energy consumption in 2003, but in 2008 this proportion has dropped to 13.93%. Japan has already introduced the emissions laws of the transport sector. This law is currently the most severe in the world.

In the development of an energy-saving transportation system, the introduction of a comprehensive tire labeling standard is the most important measure in Japan. The standard was drafted by the Japan Automobile Tire Manufacturers Association and gradually implemented in 2010. Technically, Japan's standard is equivalent to that of the European Union. Based on this standard, Japan can establish a grading system by introducing indicators such as rolling resistance and wet road adhesion, thus putting forward new standards for other Asian countries.

Since January 2010, the Japanese labeling standards have been implemented in various regions and implemented in December 2011. The Japanese tire market has always been one of the top five markets in the world. As green tire manufacturers are expanding investment on a large scale, the share of green tires in the Japanese market will expand rapidly. By 2020, the market share of green tires is expected to reach 80%.

Korea

South Korea is one of the most developed countries in Asia. Its economy has always maintained a rising trend, and the number of public and private cars is steadily increasing. Similar to Japan, South Korea has also introduced a tire labeling mechanism that includes such indicators as rolling resistance and wet road adhesion, and that each level limit is also consistent with Japan and the European Union. This policy is conducive to reducing energy consumption in the transportation sector in Korea in the future and is consistent with the standards of developed countries. Since November 2012, the tires supervision law will take effect. Therefore, Korea's future green tire market will have great potential for investors.

China

China is the fastest growing country in the world economy. This is of great significance for infrastructure construction. Since 2000, the average annual growth rate of road infrastructure has remained at 20%. By 2010, the road network has reached a total length of 3.98 million kilometers. The rapid growth of infrastructure construction has led to continued growth in energy consumption, carbon emissions and air pollution. With growing concern about environmental issues, the Chinese government has paid more attention to the development of a green economy. According to the "12th Five-Year Plan", China will adjust its economic structure and improve the quality and stability of economic growth.

However, China has not adopted any policies to promote the development of the green tire industry. According to the newly drafted "Energy Conservation and New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan", the development of the electric vehicle industry will be more concerned. China also implements a series of National Emission Standards for Motor Vehicles, which corresponds to the European Emission Standard. In the future, the introduction of high-efficiency tires will help to further reduce motor vehicle energy consumption, which will help reduce the carbon emissions of the entire transportation sector. It is expected that the Chinese automobile industry will pay more attention to environmental protection, energy conservation and safety in the future.

CNC Machining Parts

Machining is a term used to describe a variety of material removal processes in which a cutting tool removes unwanted material from a workpiece to produce the desired shape. The workpiece is typically cut from a larger piece of stock, which is available in a variety of standard shapes, such as flat sheets, solid bars, hollow tubes, and shaped beams. Machining can also be performed on an existing part, such as a casting or forging,or sand castings,or die castings, ect.

Parts that are machined from a pre-shaped workpiece are typically cubic or cylindrical in their overall shape, but their individual features may be quite complex. Machining can be used to create a variety of features including holes, slots, pockets, flat surfaces, and even complex surface contours. Also, while machined parts are typically metal, almost all materials can be machined, including metals, plastics, composites, and wood. For these reasons, machining is often considered the most common and versatile of all manufacturing processes.
