DK Group ACS is first installed to international commercial ships
Recently, the DK Group announced that it has reached an agreement with the Danish shipowner Dannebrog Group to install Air Chamber System (ACS) technology for the latter's 12580dwt multi-purpose cargo ship to reduce fuel consumption.
It is reported that DK Group claims that this is the first time that its patented air lubrication technology has been installed on international commercial ships, representing a huge advancement in the adoption of clean technology in the shipping industry.
