With a weight range of 60,000 lbs (27 000 kg), the D7E is powered by a powerful Cat® technology that meets Tier 3 emissions standards in the United States. Tier 4 emissions standards have also been considered in the design process. The new D7E also has other innovative features, including a unique mid-column cab, beltless engine, and SystemOneTM chassis.
