HONYFLUO®PVDF, polyvinylidene fluoride, is a versatile fluoropolymer which is both strong and tough as reflected by its tensile properties and impact strengths. PVDF has excellent resistances to creep and fatigue. In thin sections, such as films, filament, and tubing, PVDF components are flexible and transparent. PVDF resin is produced by the Arkema and Soltex companies and sold under their respective tradenames of Kynar and Solef.
Where load bearing is important, PVDF fluoropolymers are rigid and resistant to creep under mechanical stress and load. Because PVDF is stable to sunlight, and other sources of ultraviolet radiation, it is widely used as base resins for long-lasting exterior coatings. An additional advantage over other fluoroplastics is that PVDF can be welded into tanks for acid and corrosive chemical processing in elevated temperature environments.

New technology route ushered in plug-in hybrid mature product

Hager hybrid bus adopts ISG hybrid system
Wu Wenwen told reporters: “Haeger buses have a new start for new energy buses. It can be said that Hager buses have been making new energy buses for many years, but now they are all over.†Wu Wenwen said so, not referring to Hagrid’s previous efforts. The new energy bus is not doing well, but this year will be a new level. In fact, the performance of the Hager hybrid bus in 2013 was impressive, with sales of more than 940 vehicles, and its growth rate was ahead of the industry. Wu Wenwen said that Hager's new energy bus "starts from the beginning," and its important reason is that Hagrid's plug-in hybrid buses have new technical routes and more fixed parts suppliers, as well as more stable and mature products. .

Talking about the ISG hybrid system, Tang Yuxiang said that this technical route has very good business prospects. "This is similar to Honda's technology line. Yutong's plug-in hybrid bus has no gearbox and is completely superior to other technology routes in the market. The hybrid bus of this kind of system has a relatively low cost and the project is relatively good and has been fully demonstrated. There is still demand for such a car."

Zhongtong Bus also believes that the current maturity of new energy bus technologies has been greatly improved, and product performance is no longer comparable. Compared with traditional fuel buses, plug-in hybrid buses have a significant fuel saving effect. Li Tongsheng, Minister of Culture of Zhongtong Bus Enterprise, told the reporter: “In the past, hybrid buses could achieve fuel economy rates of 20% or even 30%. Parts prices drop New energy bus costs drop

Bus giants think: There will be great development of new energy passenger cars this year
