The rudder of the flap rudder has a higher rudder effect, and the ship using the flap rudder is more convenient for the steering change operation, but its processing is quite complicated. Usually, the flap rudder is prepared by first retaining the machining allowance of the inner bore of each of the lower rudder and the auxiliary rudder of the main rudder blade, and then mounting it in the rudder blade. After the flap rudder is completed in the tire frame, Then, the machining allowance of each bushing inner hole of the lower rudder bearing and the auxiliary rudder stock is finished by the boring machine to ensure the requirements of the design of the rudder rudder. The production technicians of the shipyard take into account the equipment that is not equipped with the equipment in this factory. According to this method, the production process needs to be outsourced. The processing cycle is long and the cost is high. The production team of the flap rudder is specially set up and processed by the existing processing equipment of the factory. The production technician first made a detailed and detailed production plan. Firstly, the inner rudder bearing of the main rudder blade, the inner hole of each bushing of the auxiliary rudder bar, and the copper bushings of the auxiliary rudder bar were all finished in place, and another fake auxiliary rudder was processed. After the rod is matched, the main rudder stock and the lower rudder bearing, the false auxiliary rudder stock, the auxiliary rudder stock bushings, and the auxiliary rudder stock bushings are all assembled in position, and the cable is positioned and installed in the flap rudder carrier. By preserving the welding anti-deformation margin, a reasonable welding sequence is established, and the welding sequence is adjusted at any time according to the welding deformation condition to complete the welding work of the flap rudder.
After nearly one month of meticulous processing, the self-made rudder rudder was finally completed, and all technical indicators met the requirements of production design and were fully qualified by CCS inspection. It has been successfully installed to the ship under construction.
