After inspection, if the filter plug of the fuel filter is blocked, the filter element can be removed. If it is a ceramic filter element, it can be turned on. After the fire is extinguished, it can be beaten and the dust and dirt can be removed and reassembled. If it is a paper filter, it can be cleaned in gasoline. If the filter element is too dirty and does not pass through the cleaning process, a small hole can be drilled in the side wall of the filter element, and then it can be refitted. This will still function as part of the air filtration, and the filter element will be changed after returning to the station.
When the Dongfeng Sprinkler is installed, attention should be paid to the sealing condition of the sealing ring. When fastening the filter housing screws, both sides should be tightened at the same time. If one side is tightened tightly and then the other side is tightened, the strength of the housing at the screw holes is poor. , easily broken in place, resulting in complete failure of the filter.
