In fact, this situation is normal for new cars, and the main reason for inaccurate oil gauges is the problem of oil level sensors. Because it is a new car, it is a common occurrence. Some old aerial vehicles that have been used for several years also have similar problems. So how do you rule out this problem? The following methods are for reference:

1. Clean or replace the sensor in time. If the scale of the newly purchased aerial working platform suddenly drops to zero, it indicates that there is a problem with the sensor and the vehicle can be opened directly to the local service station for replacement. If it is an old aerial vehicle, it must be cleaned in time. Because the fuel contains certain impurities inside, and the oil level sensor has been immersed in the inside, a long time will be contaminated, directly affect the accuracy of the instructions.

2. The float cannot float normally. The height of the oil gauge of the aerial work vehicle suddenly rises. This is mainly because the connecting rod between the oil level sensor and the float is stuck, so that the float cannot float up and down normally, so that the sensor will not change, so the oil gauge pointer Just freeze in a certain position.

3 , try to choose the better oil gasoline. When the newly purchased aerial vehicles are in the running-in period, the oil gauge will be in a state of fluctuating. This phenomenon is normal, but if the old high-altitude vehicle encounters such a situation, it must be checked. If you encounter the scale of the oil meter at a fast speed, especially if the first half of the scale drops slowly, but it is half way to the latter half, then this phenomenon is more common. Because under normal circumstances, the vehicle's oil gauge descends from high to low, if the first half can travel 300 kilometers, the latter half can only open about 100 kilometers. In other words, the oil gauge of many models in the first half will fall more slowly, and after the middle scale, it will drop faster. This is mainly related to the design of the oil pump used to reflect the amount of oil. It does not reflect fuel consumption changes uniformly. After all, this absolute uniform change is difficult to achieve and it is not easy to change by repairing and replacing parts.
