2017 New 500mm PVC Sheet/PVC Edge Banding Extrusion Line/with Slitter
For PVC edge banding production, particularly for 0.4mm thick,as you know it is very hard to do embossing on the surface on the normal small extruder,
and speed is very slow and not so stable,so to solve this, we supply suggestions as belows : (please check attached picture):
1.First produce PVC sheet with width from 400-600mm by sheet line which is very easy to do embossing and high output and runs stable, then cut them into different width size as you like,last step print small edge banding on the printing line for wooden color and high glossy.
As you know this way will be mugh high efficient than small lines .Â
