The charity event will provide a total of 8,000 tons, about 800,000 barrels and 40 million yuan of exhaust gas treatment liquid for the heavy-duty diesel vehicles (national IV and above) installed in the SCR system in 5,000 Sinopec gas stations nationwide. At the same time, Sinopec will establish customer files to accumulate reliable “big data†resources for cultivating the concept of environmental protection for all.
It is understood that heavy-duty diesel vehicles equipped with SCR system and diesel exhaust gas treatment liquid can reduce the particulate matter to meet the national IV emission standard. Second, 80% of the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas can be converted into nitrogen gas, which can be fully achieved. National IV can even reach the national V emission standard; the third is the high temperature combustion inside the machine, which improves the fuel economy of the engine.
According to data from third-party testing organizations, the national four diesel vehicles that do not use the Yueta Hailong exhaust gas treatment liquid have a nitrogen oxide emission of 3.74 times that of users. After using the exhaust gas treatment solution (4 to 6 liters per 100 liters of diesel oil), the fuel economy of the engine can be increased by 5% to 7%. For example, a heavy-duty diesel vehicle (with a fuel consumption of 35 liters/100 kilometers) can recover the installation cost of the SCR system (worth about 20,000 yuan) after running 200,000 kilometers.
At the same time, in order to meet customer requirements to the maximum extent, Sinopec has learned from foreign experience and accelerated the construction of filling stations for gas stations. A demonstration station has been established in Beijing and plans to renovate 300 gas stations nationwide this year.
According to reports, since July 2013, Sinopec announced the implementation of the “Clear Water Blue Sky†environmental protection plan. It plans to invest nearly 23 billion yuan in 2013-2015 to implement 803 environmental protection comprehensive improvement projects.
