It was learned that the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Communications recently issued the Interim Measures for the Administration of Special Funds for Pilot Projects for Road Scrapping and Transport, to further promote the healthy and stable development of the road transportation industry.
Special funds support the inclusion of three types of projects in the implementation plan of the company's pilot projects: First, construction or renovation of dumping and hanging operations; second, reloading and suspension of transport vehicles; and third, construction or transformation of suspension and transport management information systems.
If the total investment of the project is less than 100 million yuan, a proportional subsidy will be used. The subsidy will be given at 10% of the total investment in the construction or renovation of dumping and loading yards, or the purchase of tractors, or retrofitting, and the subsidy will be given at a rate of 20% of the total investment in the purchase of trailers. The total amount of subsidies for each project is in principle not more than 10 million yuan.
