It has established a greenhouse gas monitoring system evaluation platform at the domestic advanced level, and successively developed methane and carbon monoxide in the evaluation of greenhouse gas monitoring technology. The preparation of greenhouse gas reference materials such as carbon dioxide, multi-range gas dilution equipment, multi-functional gas simulation warehouses, and open gas monitoring equipment online calibration equipment have been prepared to produce different concentrations of bottled standard gas with the highest dilution accuracy. The ±0.5% capability is used to simulate atmospheric conditions under different conditions. It can be used in laboratory and online metrology inspection and evaluation of open inspection equipment.
With this platform, the measurement and evaluation capabilities of other gas on-line monitoring devices will be further expanded. At the inspection meeting, the greenhouse gas monitoring system evaluation platform was highly recognized by the project's main undertaking unit and participating experts.
After the completion of the “multi-target greenhouse gas measurement technology†project, it will promote China’s research on the quantitative certification of terrestrial carbon revenue and expenditure, the potential and rate of carbon enrichment, and the technology and measures to increase foreign exchange, so as to improve China’s response to climate change and carbon emission reduction.
