Test preparation

When the new car arrives home, it will clean the fuel tank, gearbox, rear axle, etc., replace it with clean fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water, and add it as required.

Check whether each control mechanism is flexible, and whether the fasteners on the front and rear axles are tightened or not. For loose parts, tighten according to the instructions. Check if the shift lever is in the neutral position. If it is not in the neutral position, it should be stepped on. Under the clutch pedal, the shift lever is placed in neutral; the vehicle with the dump device must check the handle of the dumper according to the requirements of the instructions, and place it in the disengaged position.

Smart start

After everything is checked, turn on the fuel switch and turn on the oil circuit. After the engine is started, it needs to run for a period of time at a low speed to increase the temperature of the water. When the water temperature is around 50° C., it can only start walking. Generally, the warm-up time is 3 to 5 minutes.

Run-in adjustment

Newly-produced agricultural vehicles must be put into operation after being worn out. The running road requires a small gradient, flat road surface, light to heavy loads, and low to high gears. Each gear must be worn and the common gears must be run in. During the running-in period, the clutch, brake, and other working devices should be consciously used for a certain period of time. At the same time pay attention to the working conditions of various parts and make necessary adjustments to the parts that need to be adjusted.

Cleaning and oil change

After the running-in is completed, all the lubricating oil must be cleaned and replaced. The oil change procedure and method is to change the engine oil first. After parking, heat the gearbox and the gear oil of the rear sedan shell, and add the appropriate amount of diesel oil to run for 2~3 minutes. After the oil is changed, it is cleaned, then the diesel used for cleaning is discharged, and finally, new oil is added in various parts.
