According to the Wuxi Municipal Government’s Opinions on Deepening the Guidance of Capital Management for Science and Technology Innovation and Industrial Upgrade and the “Administrative Measures for Wuxi Science and Technology Development Funds”, “Methods for the Management of Wuxi Science and Technology Achievements (Loan Subsidies) Funds” and “Wuxi Science and Technology R&D (Design) Agency Funding Management Measures, the Xichai Factory has applied for a report from the Enterprise Technology Research Institute. After evaluation by experts, onsite inspections, project defense, and comprehensive evaluation, Xichai's economic strength, R&D investment, infrastructure, The R&D system, R&D team, and R&D achievements have performed outstandingly.
