Li Keqiang pointed out that the current international industrial division of labor is reshaping. China has superior spare capacity and cost-effective equipment. The developed countries in the United States and Europe have advanced technologies. The two sides can carry out international capacity cooperation, which can help developing countries advance infrastructure construction and industrial upgrading, open up new ways to deepen cooperation between North and South, and realize developing countries. The combination of industrialization and reindustrialization in developed countries also helps Chinese equipment to be tested and promoted in international market competition. The Chinese government supports the strength of the state-owned enterprises in cooperating with European and American companies to develop third-party markets, complement each other's advantages, achieve mutual benefits, and work together to promote the sustainable recovery of the world economy.

Lan Bowen introduced the super truck project initiated by Cummins in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Energy. Apart from helping to reduce fuel consumption and oil use, the efficiency of the engine system will also significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It is a successful example of government-enterprise cooperation. Lan Bowen said that as China attaches importance to sustainable development, Cummins will continue to provide Chinese customers with cleaner power and contribute to China's clean air program with green power solutions. When talking about innovation, Rambo emphasized that innovation drives the future. Cummins's innovative technology has always been a key part of the company's core competitiveness. The company is committed to working with customers and partners to develop appropriate products for the market, while continuing to improve the overall performance of the product while meeting emission requirements and continuously reducing operating costs.
