From the late 1980s to the mid-1990s, a series of home-made workshops for producing water pumps emerged in Daxi, and there was a strange phenomenon: products can only be placed in the corners of motor stores and become “different” and “subsidiary” in stores. In the 1990s: Establishing a "standard" market for development In 1994, the Wenling pump industry ushered in a turning point. Lego shares, New Territories Pumps, Dongying Pumps, Jay Leopard and other large-scale leading companies have made continuous efforts to participate in the drafting of national standards for the industry in 1997. Leo shares participated in the formulation of international standards this year. The standard is expected to be adopted by the end of March.

After the introduction of a series of standards, the vicious competition in the production of water pumps began to be standardized and production was on the right track, and the market was not only aimed at domestic markets but also aimed at export markets.

The Leo Co., Ltd., established in 2001, is now one of only two listed pump companies in Wenling, and also the largest manufacturer and exporter of miniature micro-pumps in China. It relies on more than 80 patented technology advantages of civilian pumps and 124 countries. With the sales advantage of the region specialize in foreign trade. “At present, more than 95% of our products are aimed at the export market. The company has also set up branches in the United States and Italy. Pump companies with large scale and high technology have come up with the latest products, and the characteristics of the pumps have also changed from the original need to meet operational requirements to improving the technological content, and to today's energy conservation and environmental protection, among which are many world-class machinery like Japan's Sugawara. 500.
