The "Notice" requires the industry to pay close attention to the new conditions and new issues that arise in the reform of fertilizers, actively promote the formulation of development plans for fertilizers and pesticides and the conditions for entry, do a good job in the administrative licensing of pesticides according to the law, actively carry out technological transformation of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and continue to do a good job.
