The difference between MYP cable and MCP cable

The myp cable mcp cable is divided into two types according to voltage: 0.66/1.14k and 0.38/0.66kv. First of all, it introduces the use of MYP0.66/1.14kv mobile shielded rubber sheathed flexible cable for coal use: for various rated voltage 0.66/ 1.14kv underground mobile coal mining equipment power connection. The myp cable and the mcp cable are rubber sheath cables for coal mines. The rubber sleeves for coal mines are steam-heated inside the pipelines so that the cables can be cooked by the rubber and the cable insulation sheaths can meet various standards. Technical requirements: conductor single wire using copper wire or tinned copper wire; power core insulation should meet XJ-30A requirements, tensile strength of not less than 6.5MPa jacket should comply with XH-03A type requirements, tear strength of not less than 5N/mm . The cable jacket is yellow in color.
MYP cable structure
1. The insulation resistance between the cable insulation main core and between the main cable core and the ground wire is not less than 100MΩ·km when converted to +20°C.
2. The transition resistance of the main wire core shield is not higher than 3kΩ when converted to 20°C.

4. The MYP cable consists of three main insulation cores with insulation shield and a ground wire covered with a semi-conductive rubber layer. The composite cable is laid around the semiconductive rubber core. The outside is packed with black Chlorinated Polyethylene rubber sheath or black neoprene rubber sheath.
5, conductive core: the use of soft copper wire, its performance in line with GB/T3956-1997.
6. Insulation: Use XJ-00A rubber in GB7594.2-1987.

10, into the cable: 3 main core of a ground wire surrounded by a semi-conductive rubber core right twisted composite cable.
11. Sheath: Use XH-03A rubber in GB7594.7-1987. Sheath rubber has an oxygen index ≥40.
12. The flame retardancy of the finished cable meets the requirements of MT386-1995.
13. Cable Mark: The cable surface is printed with the model, voltage, specifications and manufacturer's name

Shearer cable and cable use characteristics
1. The rated voltage Uo/U is 0.36/0.66KV and 0.366/1.14KV, respectively.
2. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable conductor is 65°C.
3, the minimum bending radius of the cable is 6 times the diameter of the wire.
4. The yellow jacket must not be exposed to sunlight for long periods of time.
