5) Take protective measures on the floor surface when handling and installing equipment on the raised floor. After the laying is completed, do an anti-static grounding.

(1) Lightning protection design
The machine room is designed with a 3-level lightning protection and integrated grounding system. The central computer room is connected to the equipotential.
(2) Grounding requirements
The grounding system must meet the following requirements:
1) Working AC grounding is not more than 1Ω
2) Safety protection grounding is not more than 1Ω
3) DC working grounding and grounding resistance should be determined according to the specific requirements of the computer system.
4) Lightning protection grounding According to the requirements in the “Lightning Protection Design Code for Buildings”, the grounding resistance under joint grounding is less than 2Ω.
The purpose of the equipotential bonding is to reduce the potential difference between the metal parts and the systems in the space where lightning protection is required. Prevent lightning strikes. The metal casing, UPS and battery box metal casing, metal floor frame, metal door frame, facility piping, cable tray, aluminum alloy window and other metal and weak electrical equipment in the equipment room should be equipotentially connected and the shortest line should be used. Connected to the nearest equipotential bonding strip or to other metal objects that have been equipotentially connected, and the electrical conductors are connected as many times as possible.
In addition, considering the antistatic requirements of the equipment room, according to the design specifications of the equipment room, the electrostatic voltage of the equipment room should be <1KV. The grounding treatment must be carried out against the static movable floor to ensure the safe operation of computer equipment and personnel.
Make a circle of copper grounding net along the machine room. The specific method is to connect 30x3 copper strips. It is installed with insulated overhead. The whole machine room area forms a ring. It is connected with the grounding net by two plastic copper wires of BVR10. Floor brackets, cabinet enclosures, monitoring equipment, UPS, gas fire extinguishing equipment, etc. are grounded using BVR6 plastic copper wire to the integrated ground bus. All server equipment inside the cabinet is grounded by a plastic copper wire of the BVR4 and a cabinet.
