Shanxi Agricultural Machinery Extension Station supervises the whole process of mechanization demonstration of grain production and grain mechanization drying project in Yuanping City

In order to ensure the smooth completion of the mechanization demonstration project and the grain mechanization drying project of corn production, on November 7, the Deputy Director of Shanxi Agricultural Machinery Promotion Station, Ren Yuenan, led a team of technicians to go to Yuanping for project supervision, and Wang Jingdong of Cangzhou Agricultural Machinery Bureau Deputy Director and Director Zhang Junping accompanied him.
In 2018, Yuanping City undertook the entire Ministry of Agriculture's 2018 corn production demonstration project and the provincial grain mechanization drying project. In accordance with the requirements of the project, a 10,000 mu mu of mechanization demonstration zone for corn production will be established, and grain drying technology and equipment will be introduced and tested. The supervisory team first listened to the detailed report of the complete mechanization test demonstration project of corn production and the completion of the grain mechanization drying project by the director Shen Xuemin, and checked the project materials, and the stationmaster completed the work of two projects in Yuanping City. Affirmation was made, and improvements were also made to the inadequacies of the work.

Subsequently, the supervisory team arrived at the project's undertaking unit, Yuanping City Runke Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperative, the whole process of mechanization test demonstration area for corn production, and the grain mechanization drying technology equipment test site for on-the-spot inspection and inquiry. The structure, function and use of the grain dryer introduced by the technical staff of the drying project test site were introduced. The supervisory group can determine whether the dryer can reach the technical parameter index, the reliability of the supporting facilities, and how to solve the environmental protection heat source. I understand the constraints and problems in the work, and I am very satisfied with the implementation of the project.


As the deputy stationmaster stressed that the drying process is the short-term mechanization of the whole province's corn production. Now it has completed the short-board section of drying and solved the obstacle of “last mile”. It is an important sign that the whole process of mechanization of corn production is developing towards “full-scale, high-quality and high-efficiency”. Yuanping City should take this opportunity as an opportunity to pass the project. Radiation-driven, orderly promotion of the "seed harvest + drying" mode, improve the comprehensive level of agricultural mechanization in this city.
