The new line will produce every turbine blade used in the company's product line. Breakthroughs in quality and competitiveness, coupled with reduced production cycles and tighter cost controls, will halve the time required to manufacture each blade.
The production line started construction in 2012 and is currently 100% operational. The new production line covers an area of ​​900 square meters and has multiple robots and automation devices capable of performing every process (milling, polishing, etching, 3D control and surface treatment) from raw materials to turbine blades to be assembled, with manufacturing tolerances up to the micron level. .
