1. 2. The rigid polyurethane foam used by the company: The combination of polyether and isocyanate is injected into the high-flow imported high-pressure foaming machine. After the material temperature and mold temperature reach the specified temperature of the process, foaming is injected into the mold. The combined polyether and isocyanate are foamed into a polyurethane foam with the correct ratio of the mixture, and after being maintained in a mold for 3 to 4 hours, the foam is taken out and put into a single foam sheet. After the monolithic foam sheet is aged for not less than 1 month, the foam is cut into the required size on the slicer and a glue bath is opened on the foam. The foam density is 42-45 Kg/m 3 , and the insulation performance and compressive strength are obtained. All are good. Other manufacturers use foam density of 35-40Kg/m3.

3. Strength of the car body structure: The insulation plate of the refrigerated and insulated car produced by the company is a steel frame structure, and the system board is made of resin. The strength of the plate itself is relatively high. The plate and the plate are bonded and galvanized using imported polyurethane structural adhesive. Bolt-assisted connection. The overall strength of the car body is high and the insulation performance is good. Other manufacturers either simply resin bond or simply bulk foam. The overall strength and insulation properties cannot be optimized at the same time.

4. Description of floor structure and treatment process: The upper and lower skins of the refrigerator body floor are respectively made of 15mm thick anti-corrosion container plywood and 3mm glass plate (FRP plate), and the middle is filled with rigid polyurethane foam as the insulation layer, and the part of the insulation layer density For 50-55 (kg/m3), the bottom embedded connection ribs and the side steel skeleton are welded together and the bridge (insulation treatment) is used to break the bridge (heat insulation). As there are more pre-embedded parts in the bottom plate and the steel frame structure, the bottom plate is a high-pressure injection type integrated foaming technology. After the bottom plate is manufactured, the surface of the treated bottom plate is bonded with 3mm glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP plate) conforming to the food grade requirements with the resin+glass fiber felt to ensure the bottom plate insulation performance and the impact strength of the bottom plate. On the basis of the bottom inner glass plate (FRP plate), the T-type aluminum alloy rail is installed and fixed by ST6.3x38 self-tapping screws and stainless steel screws (for front, rear and middle three rows). Other manufacturers use metal inner skin or hand lay-up glass plate method to dispose of the inner plate. The bottom frame is a wooden frame and the adhesive plate structure adopted has relatively poor overall strength.

5. Structure and sealing features of the rear door: The double rear door frame is made of an integral frame made of glass fiber paste, with light weight and good corrosion resistance. The double back door has a slope in the middle and is easy to switch. The door frame seal is sealed with imported high-quality rubber (EPDM) seals to ensure the stability of the insulation effect of the car body.
