When the equipment is in the raised state and the power grid is out of power, the distribution box control system cannot start normally due to power failure. There is a 12V lead-acid battery in the distribution box. In order not to affect the normal traffic of the vehicle, press the pressure relief combination button - the down button and the stop button on the box are pressed at the same time. If the column does not move or slides for a while, the cylinder does not move. At the same time, downward pressure can be artificially applied until the column falls to the ground level.
5, hydraulic lifting column daily considerations
(1) Avoid frequent lifting and lowering in a short time, otherwise the motor will be heated and the motor will be damaged.
(2) Pay attention to pedestrians during the ascent operation to avoid injury.
(3) When the cylinder is not working properly, the rise and fall is completed, press the stop button once to avoid damage to the electrical components and not stop, so that the motor burns out.
(4) If you find that the individual lifting columns are higher than other cylinders during the use, you should immediately press the stop button and observe if the motor is still working.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to fill the gaps around the column to prevent mud and sand debris from affecting the normal lifting of the column.
(6) It is strictly forbidden to scribe on the surface of the column, causing damage to the column.
Installation and commissioning requirements
1. Digging the foundation pit:
Digging the foundation pit according to the product dimensions, the foundation pit size: length: the size is determined according to the scene of the site;
Width: 600---800mm;
Depth: 1400mm (including 300mm water seepage layer).
2. Do the seepage layer:
After mixing with sand and gravel, it will be padded up from the bottom of the foundation pit to make a 300mm water-permeable layer. The water-permeable layer will be flattened and compacted to prevent the equipment from sinking. (If the conditions are available, you can choose gravel below 10mm, you can use no sand.) Choose whether to drain according to the geographical situation.
3, remove the product outer tube leveling:
Use the inner hexagon to remove the outer barrel of the product, place it on the water-permeable layer, adjust the horizontalness of the outer barrel, and make the upper surface of the outer tube slightly higher than the ground plane by 3~5mm. The outer tube is welded with steel bars to prevent tilting.
4, pre-embedded line pipe:
The conduit is pre-buried according to the position of the outlet hole reserved on the surface of the outer tub. The diameter of the threading pipe is determined according to the number of lifting columns. Under normal circumstances, the cable required for each lifting column has a 3*1.5 power cord and a 2*0.75 pressure relief solenoid valve control line, if there is a light strip, such as More than one 2*0.5 power cord is used. The specific use should be determined before construction according to the customer's needs and power distribution.
5, debugging:
Connect the circuit to the device, perform the ascending and descending operations, observe the rise and fall of the device, adjust the lifting height of the device, and check whether the device has oil leakage.
6, fixed equipment, pouring:
Put the equipment into the pit, backfill the appropriate amount of sand, fix the equipment with the stone, and then slowly and evenly pour the concrete until it is level with the upper surface of the equipment.
