From July 7th, 2010 to March 20th, 2012, the company imported ASX Jinxuan cars from 2011 to 2012, totaling 17,547 vehicles.
The imported Pajero Jinchang cars, which were produced between February 1, 2011 and November 4, 2011, totaled 3,504.
In the scope of this recall, the anti-rust performance of the outer cylinder cover of the rear door of the vehicle is insufficient. In the case of long-term salt corrosion, opening the rear door may cause the outer cylinder to rupture and harm surrounding personnel, posing a safety hazard.
Mitsubishi Motors Sales (China) Co., Ltd. will inspect the rear door pneumatic support rods of vehicles within the scope of the recall and replace them with free parts.
Relevant users should try to avoid using the rear door or stay away from the pneumatic support rod during the process of opening the rear door. Please contact the dealer for repair as soon as possible after the recall operation begins.
