Replacing the traditional wedge disc with the parallel floating round disc sealing assembly, the parallel double disc gate valve exhibits its great superiority and greatly improves its sealing performance and prolongs its service life. Featured by fast opening and closing, labor saving, low vibration, safe operation and simple maintenance, it is very suitable for shut-off or discharging in transportation pipes of gas and liquid media, and shows its excellence especially in shut-off and remote automatic control in transportation pipes of gas and liquid media. With no leakage, it can meet the requirements of high temperature, high pressure, explosion-proof and anticorrosive service conditions. It is widely applied in such industries as petroleum, chemical industry, oil refining, light industry, metallurgy, electric power, etc. With successful application and excellent service over the years, it has won trust and comment from users.

2. Applicable temperature: low temperature type (-46~+345ºC), normal temperature type (-29~+250ºC), medium temperature type (-29~+425ºC), high temperature type (+425~+600ºC)

The Z42 model parallel double disc gate valve developed by our company is a new generation fast shut-off gate valve that is independently designed and successfully researched and developed after introducing and absorbing advanced technologies from abroad. The pneumatic parallel double disc gate valve has been identified as a High-tech Product in Zhejiang Province, and been granted many national patents (patent No.: ZL2010 1 0282929.5, ZL2010 1 0246138.1). The product has been checked to be up to standard by the inspection center designated by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the Peopleˇs Republic of China. We have also been issued the manufacturing license of special equipment (pressure pipe parts) of the Peopleˇs Republic of China, and been fire-safe certified to API 6FA by TUV SUD.
