According to the relevant person in charge of CNPC, the sale of Guosi Diesel was mainly based on current urban emission requirements in Chengdu. According to the requirements of the Chengdu Environmental Protection Bureau, any diesel vehicles with compression-ignition engines (diesel vehicles) and heavy-duty ignition engines (heavy-duty gasoline vehicles) that do not meet the requirements of the National IV emission standards will not be sold or registered since July 1, 2013. "Taking into account the needs of the owners of the National IV emission standard diesel vehicles, we specially arrange these three sites to facilitate the owners to refuel," said the person in charge.
