On the day of the forum, the Sino-German “E-car charging†project was launched. According to Wu Zhixin, deputy director of China Automotive Research Center, the project will initially select 20-50 pilots for electric vehicle charging piles from the new and old residential areas, and then coordinate with the property and power supply departments for individual users of electric vehicles.
