Causes and Solutions of Thrust in Three-phase Energy Meter>
Three-phase energy meter is the general name of electrical instrumentation, which is often referred to as the power meter. It is mainly used to measure the power meter. There are many types of three-phase energy meters, and the common three-phase energy meters can be divided into three-phase four-wire active power meters, three-phase four-wire reactive power meters, three-phase three-wire active power meters, and three-phase three-wire reactive power meters. Wait.
Causes and Solutions of Thrust in Three-phase Energy Meter
The creeping of the electric energy meter in operation is a phenomenon often seen, and it is also more complicated. The reasons are various. After careful investigation, analysis and testing at the scene, it was found that there are five types of potential causes of electric energy meter:
(1) There are light loads, such as indicator lights on switchboards, lighted switches, line load regulators, voltage transformers, transformers, welder idling operation, and low power factor.
(2) Unsatisfactory creep test. General electric meter light load positive and negative errors are too large.
(3) Watt-hour meter wiring is not performed on the positive phase sequence power supply.
(4) The three-phase voltage is seriously unbalanced.
(5) Current transformers have short circuits or leakage currents in the turns, line insulation damage, and electric current coil burned out.
According to the above causes of failure, the following measures should be taken:
(1) If there is slight load causing creeping motion, check the cause of the creeping movement and explain to the user patiently and explain the situation.
(2) According to the calibration procedures of the energy meter, the light load error should not exceed the tolerance.
(3) Before installing the meter, measure the phase sequence at the site and connect the power supply to the positive phase sequence.
(4) Assist the user in adjusting the power load to achieve a relatively balanced three-phase current and voltage.
(5) If the power meter is unsuccessful due to a fault, timely search for the cause of the failure, check the power meter, transformer, modified wiring, and burned electrical appliances.
